This 10-week transformation class is mind-body focused. We focus on learning how to nourishing and detoxifying the body and mind.
You will learn which foods to eat and best combinations, how to prepare them, delicious recipes and how to grow the most nutritious, dense foods in your kitchen.
We also teach you coping skills, exercise strategies, and so much more!
This ten-week transformation course is taught in groups and is ideal for a community-focused program. A kitchen is needed, as well as a lecture area and a room for stretching. Please fill out our contact form to set up a time to meet with us. This course can also include a kids program so families can do this together. Kids programs will be adjusted to the ages of the children and will take place at the same time in separate space near parents.
