This 10-week transformation class is deeply mind-body focused. We center the program on learning how to properly nourish and detoxify both the body and the mind, helping participants build awareness, resilience, and long-term wellness habits.
Throughout the ten weeks, you will learn:
• Which foods to eat for optimal nourishment
• The best food combinations for digestion and absorption
• How to prepare balanced, satisfying meals
• Simple, delicious recipes you can recreate at home
• How to grow some of the most nutrient-dense foods right in your own kitchen
We go beyond nutrition. Participants are also guided through practical coping skills for stress management, exercise and movement strategies, and additional lifestyle tools that support emotional clarity and physical vitality. The goal is not just information, but real, sustainable transformation.
Designed for Community Impact
This course is taught in a group setting, making it ideal for community centers, wellness facilities, churches, and organizations seeking a structured, supportive health program.
To host the program, the following spaces are needed:
• A kitchen for food preparation and demonstrations
• A lecture area for educational sessions
• A room suitable for stretching and light movement
The group format fosters accountability, connection, and shared growth.
Family-Friendly Option
This transformation course can also include a children’s program so families can participate together. Children’s sessions are thoughtfully adjusted based on age and are held at the same time in a separate space near parents. This allows adults to focus on their own learning while children build foundational healthy habits in an engaging, age-appropriate environment.
