Live Greens Food Truck Project

We are currently in the planning stages of bringing the Live Greens Food Truck to life, a mobile hub for fresh, living nutrition in the heart of Phoenix.

Our vision is simple and powerful. We will grow our own wheatgrass and microgreens and serve freshly pressed wheatgrass shots directly to the community. Wheatgrass is known for its concentrated chlorophyll, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals that support detoxification, cellular health, and overall vitality. Just 2 ounces a day can be a meaningful addition to a wellness routine.

This is not just a food trailer. It is a living extension of our mission to make nutrient-dense, healing foods accessible and visible in everyday life.

The Live Greens trailer will be parked in central Phoenix at Natural Medicine & Detox, creating a consistent home base for those seeking fresh wheatgrass and microgreens. From there, it will travel to special events, wellness gatherings, and health retreats, bringing vibrant, living nutrition wherever it is needed most.
