Sprouts & Microgreens
Did you know sprouts and microgreens are among the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat? These living greens are concentrated sources of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes that support energy, immunity, and overall vitality. Simple to grow and incredibly affordable, they make fresh, healing nutrition accessible to nearly everyone.
They can be sprinkled onto meals, blended into smoothies, layered into sandwiches, tossed into salads, or enjoyed on their own. Many people also juice them to maximize absorption and support deeper wellness goals.
Community Classes in Phoenix
We offer hands-on, in-person classes throughout Phoenix designed to teach communities exactly how to grow sprouts and microgreens at home. Participants learn step-by-step growing methods along with the nutritional science behind why these foods are so powerful.
Our standard workshop format includes:
• Two days
• Two hours per session
• Practical growing instruction
• Nutritional education and wellness insights
We bring the class to your location. All we need is a table, chairs, and a projector or large monitor for the presentation. It is designed to be simple, accessible, and easy to host.
Online versions of our classes will be available soon. Visit the Classes section to stay updated.
The 10-Week Transformation Program
For those ready to go deeper, we are launching a 10-week immersive program designed to help you integrate living foods into your lifestyle in a meaningful and sustainable way. This extended experience offers education, accountability, and transformation that can truly shift how you approach nourishment and healing.
Workshops for Children
Both the two-day workshop and the 10-week program can include a simultaneous children’s workshop held in a separate room. These sessions introduce kids to growing food in a fun, hands-on way that encourages curiosity, healthy habits, and confidence in the kitchen and garden.
Supporting Live Greens Food Truck
Proceeds from these programs directly support our Live Greens Food Truck project, expanding access to fresh, nutrient-dense foods throughout the community.
